NAMING

The creation of a naming or brand name is the first step towards a coherent and solid corporate identity. The brand should not be limited to the visual aspects, addressing its conceptual dimension and its verbal aspects supposes a guarantee towards the memorability and differentiation. Naming is a fundamental part of the creation of brands or  branding on which we must work after establishing a brand concept as a starting point.

 

A good naming identifies and links the brand with its corporate culture and its values, favoring the evocative potential of words over their descriptive nature and taking into account the synchrony with the visual part of the brand. At the studio we have developed several naming names for clients of all kinds, from vintage clothing stores to purchase centers for construction materials. Always starting from the concept to its verbal form and its typographic materialization in the logo.

 

THE DAWN – WE MAKE BREAD WHILE YOU DREAM

When everything starts, or rather, when nothing has started yet. That very poetic moment of starting the day is the basis of the verbal identity of La Madrugada. A dreamlike journey towards that moment of stillness, from which the baker lives, thinks and dreams. And of course, he makes the best bread in town.

A name that takes us back to the origin of flour, which since ancient times has been created between the friction of two stones. He also tells us about the grinding of the grain that they carry out in stone mills, a process that makes the flour special by providing it with greater benefits and an artisanal character.

HYENA – A SMILE FROM EAR TO EAR

Hiena is an IPA beer with Sativa hemp, with the side effects that this entails. To give the name personality we look for animal character traits in order to identify them with the consumer. The Hyena is a very punk animal, outsider, somewhat disheveled in appearance and with a bad reputation, but very expressive and always with a smile.

Greenhood is a cannabis delivery service and social club that operates locally. With the idea of ​​generating community, we imagined the coolest neighborhood in the city. A name that speaks of cannabis consumption in a subtle way, alluding to “green” and the home delivery service offered by the brand.

An electronic music festival on the coast of Murcia. What makes it special is its look to the future with its sustainable certification that ensures the generation of waste to a minimum. We focus on this sustainable aspect. A name that alludes to the playful “fan” character, and the “future” environmental awareness, demonstrating that it is compatible to have a good time and respect the environment. The future will be sustainable or it will not be!
