Maracaná do Café
ClientSalzillo Tea & Coffee
From brand identity to the object brand. The experience of a 100% Brazilian coffee brought to the design of its cups. Winning idea of the Rendibú 2014 contest, organized by the newspaper La Verdad . For the design of the logo and the cup, we worked with a very clear concept: the Primolius Maracana parrot, a bird that inhabits Brazilian lands, and which precisely gives its name to the famous neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro. With this idea, we developed a graphic synthesis of the parrot, getting the proposed logo to be directly integrated into the product design of its own mugs.
«Renewing a brand means betting on its consolidation in a market where differentiation is essential for consumers to come to our coffee, try it and let themselves be carried away by its intense aroma.»
